The inn was built on a rectangular plan extending in the north-south direction. It was designed as two building blocks with spaces arranged around a wide courtyard and its closed section. The walls of the inn's exterior are supported by piers and corner towers in square prismatic form. It is shaped as masses reaching the height of the façade and protruding outward. In the middle of the south façade is the crown gate of the inn. There is a double-row colonnade on the east and west sides of the courtyard. It sits on square planned legs and connects the walls with pointed arches, opening the courtyard. During the repair of Kırkgöz Han, the mouth of a cistern was unearthed in the middle of the courtyard, and the remains of a ceramic kiln were found in the southeast corner of the courtyard.
