Haşim İşcan Cultural Center is within the borders of the Muratpaşa district and has been in service since 8 July 2006. The cultural center hosts the events of the Antalya State Opera and Ballet and the Antalya State Theatre.
The center was built on three floors, including the ground floor, with two halls. Opera, ballet and dance performances are held in the 1000-seat large hall on the upper floor, while theater plays are performed in the 700-seat small hall on the ground floor. Haşim İşcan Cultural Center is used for exhibitions with its large foyer area.
The center has a car park with a capacity of 177 vehicles. It also includes four pocket cinema rooms, translation rooms, photography, computer, foreign language rooms, a library and painting workshops.
